Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Timeframe: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Footwear Condition: Please ensure the shoes have only been tried on indoors. Footwear that shows signs of outdoor wear, such as scuff marks, dirt, creases, or damage, will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Final Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or clearance are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer care team at 0335 2018909 on whatsapp within 30 days of your purchase.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Once your return is approved, we will share instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability), we’ll guide you through the process once your original item is received and approved.

- Khumzi reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
- Returned items that fail inspection may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
